We're all about whole bean coffee. Each of our light roasts is a masterpiece, fine-tuned for both filter and espresso. This process brings out the coffee's vibrant and delicate flavors β€” a tribute to its roots.

πŸ“† Roasting Schedule: We roast coffee once a week, and your order usually ships within that same week.

⏳ Rest Before You Brew: For the best taste, let your coffee rest for 3-4 weeks after roasting. This allows the flavors to mature, resulting in a richer, more intense cup. Factors like the roast level and origin can affect this process.

🌱 Freshness: Our coffee stays fresh for about two months, but don't be surprised if it's still flavorful even after four months.

πŸ”„ Returns & Refunds

Coffee is non-returnable due to its perishable nature. For all other items, you can return them within 7 days if they are unused and in their original packaging. You'll need to cover the return shipping, and we can't refund original shipping costs.

✏️ Changing Your Order

Need to make a change? Contact us ASAP with your name, email, and order number. If your order has already shipped, we can't make any changes. We also reserve the right to cancel orders for reasons like typos or changes in taxes.

Orders generally go out within 1-3 business days, excluding holidays. While we do ship worldwide, we can't guarantee exact delivery times. You'll see your shipping cost calculated at checkout.
