It comes from a station Faysel Abdosh has recently built in Hambella Womena, Guji, up at Deri between 2100 and 2350 metres. The station is new, but the quality coming off it has been some of the best we have cupped from him.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSame heirloom trees and the same careful picking as the honey. The difference is the processing. Without the mucilage, the washed lot is cleaner and more aromatic, with less of the sticky sweetness and more lift.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn the cup it is floral and citrus forward, with sweet lemon, mandarin, and peach.
