Do you remember the first time we released El Pergamino Geisha? Back then it was from an unknown producer with no background, but we believed in them and for good reason.

This time we are introducing a new lot from their family, grown by their nephew who is working on an even smaller scale but with remarkable dedication. His coffees, especially this honey process stand out for their precision and sweetness. Every batch is dried in a tiny controlled room no bigger than a family car, allowing for incredible consistency and care.

The result is a beautifully layered Geisha with bright florals, juicy tropical fruit, stonefruit sweetness, elegant finish.
