We're excited to present our small lot from Finca Soledad, crafted by Pepe, a passionate innovator we're working with for the first time. Wave refers to a careful change in temperature, essential for keeping embryos alive, using fermentation tanks and refrigerators.

Finca Soledad, located on a mountainside, offers views of the Intag River Valley. Purchased by Pepe in 2010, this land represents his shift from exploring to coffee making and eco-friendly practices. Thanks to Pepe’s efforts, 25,000 trees have been replanted, revitalizing the previously deforested area.

The farm focuses on unique coffee types and uses inventive methods like double fermentation to boost flavors. Despite challenges, Finca Soledad has grown into a sustainable, peaceful place, with Pepe overseeing the complete coffee journey.
