This beautiful honey Geisha comes from the Bambito region. It is produced by Arturo, a former sailor turned coffee farmer who fell in love with honey processing and now does nothing else. Every Geisha he makes is a honey and every one is full of complexity.

Arturo is the brother of Yaneth from El Pergamino. Just like her, his approach to coffee is deeply personal and grounded in tradition. All of his beans are dried outdoors on mesh beds placed directly on the ground, under the open sky. No fancy equipment. Just care, patience, and intuition.

The result is an honest and expressive cup, with delicate florals, sweet stone fruits, and a smooth, lingering finish. Simple in process, but remarkable in the cup this is the kind of coffee that reminds us why we love Panama.
