In our second year with Paola, we're super excited to release a new lot that really showcases the level of love and care she brings to her work. After her amazing natural Castillo last year, this washed Pink Bourbon is a bit like a fresh beginning, bringing even more precision and elegance to what she does.

From the Cauca region, this coffee is processed with care and develops into a bright, clean and lively cup. Expect green apple like acidity, hints of hone -like sweetness, juicy mouthfeel, and a floral finish that lingers subtly.

It's been so inspiring to watch Paola grow and this release really shows where she's at, confident, sophisticated and full of promise.
