WASHED GEISHA
This exceptional washed Geisha comes from Yaneth at El Pergamino, a producer dedicated to precision and quality. Grown at 1800 meters in the Volcán region of Panama, this lot benefits from a cool, wind-swept slope with volcanic soil, creating the perfect conditions for clarity, structure, and complexity in the cup.
The cherries are carefully hand-picked at peak ripeness and processed with meticulous washed fermentation, allowing the coffee’s bright acidity and delicate floral notes to shine. Slow drying at 1920 meters in a well ventilated drying house ensures a clean and elegant profile, preserving the coffee’s vibrant tropical and floral characteristics.
This lot was reserved for the Czech Brewers Cup 2025, where Jackie used it to achieve the highest scores in both the semi-final and final rounds, proving its world class quality.

BALANCE
Balance isn’t just about what’s in the cup, it’s about how we approach coffee as a whole. It’s the harmony between sweetness, acidity, florals, and body, but also the connection between nature, sustainability, and brewing innovation.
This washed Geisha from El Pergamino is a perfect example of balance. It showcases a refined structure, where careful processing and terroir combine to create a cup that is both delicate and complex. But balance doesn’t stop with the coffee itself, it extends to the way we brew and how we engage with nature.
That’s why the SOLO Dripper is an essential part of this story. More than just a tool for precision, SOLO is designed with sustainability at its core. Made from heat-stable polypropylene and recycled coffee grounds, it transforms coffee waste into something purposeful, giving used coffee a second life.

Flavor & Sensory Experience
This washed Geisha offers a vibrant and complex flavor profile, evolving beautifully as it cools. The first sip reveals bright tropical fruit notes like mandarin, sweet orange, and mango, followed by layers of stone fruits, including peaches, nectarines, and plums. Delicate floral notes of white blossoms and hibiscus add elegance and refinement.
The aroma is inviting and intense, filled with white blossoms, ripe peaches, citrus zest, and plums. Swirling the cup enhances clarity, allowing the floral and fruity characteristics to shine.
The aftertaste is long and layered, leaving behind lingering notes of ripe peach, mandarin, white blossoms, and soft cacao nibs, creating a smooth and lasting finish.
With medium to high acidity, this coffee is bright and clean, offering a balanced transition from vibrant citric notes of mandarin and orange to a gentle malic acidity reminiscent of white peach and plums.
The sweetness is medium to high, with a refined presence of sweet orange, peach, panela, and honey that carries through from hot to cold.
The body is medium-plus, delivering a smooth, round, and silky texture that remains consistent throughout the drinking experience, enhancing the coffee’s overall balance and structure.
