Returns & Exchanges

We kindly ask you to inspect your delivery promptly. If you notice any discrepancies or damage, please notify us by emailing hi@mazelab.coffee within 48 hours of receipt.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

For exchanges, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Shipping Costs:
Free returns in Prague.
International returns: $15.0 / €13.4 deducted from refund.

Cancel Pre-shipment:
Free cancellations if the product hasn't shipped. Check your account status.

Exceptions:
No returns for sealed items with broken seals, food/beverages.

Defective Products:
Contact us for refunds or replacements.
Reimbursements are typically issued within 30 days, based on the original payment method.
