Returns & Refunds
We want you to enjoy your Mazelab coffee. Please inspect your delivery promptly and, if you notice any damage or discrepancy, email us at within 48 hours of receipt.
Coffee & perishable items — Coffee is freshly roasted and packaged to order and is therefore non-returnable. Sealed food/beverage items with a broken seal cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Other items — Non-perishable items (merch, equipment) may be returned within 7 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility; original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns in Prague are free; international returns have €13.4 / $15 deducted from the refund.
Cancellations — Free of charge as long as the order hasn't shipped.
Defective products — Contact us for a refund or replacement. Approved refunds are issued within 30 days to the original payment method.
Taxes & duties — Customers are responsible for any taxes/duties. Refunds can't be provided for packages delayed or lost by couriers or customs; we recommend a trackable option. Questions: .
