Returns & Refunds
We want you to enjoy your Mazelab coffee. Please inspect your delivery promptly and, if you notice any damage or discrepancy, email us at hi@mazelab.coffee within 48 hours of receipt.

Coffee & perishable items — Coffee is freshly roasted and packaged to order and is therefore non-returnable. Sealed food/beverage items with a broken seal cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Other items — Non-perishable items (merch, equipment) may be returned within 7 days of receipt if unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility; original shipping charges are non-refundable. Returns in Prague are free; international returns have €13.4 / $15 deducted from the refund.

Cancellations — Free of charge as long as the order hasn't shipped.

Defective products — Contact us for a refund or replacement. Approved refunds are issued within 30 days to the original payment method.

Taxes & duties — Customers are responsible for any taxes/duties. Refunds can't be provided for packages delayed or lost by couriers or customs; we recommend a trackable option. Questions: hi@mazelab.coffee.
