Shipping
We roast in small batches once a week and dispatch orders within 1–3 business days (excluding holidays). Wholesale coffee is roasted Mondays — order before Monday 08:00 CET to have it freshly roasted.
Carriers & tracking — We ship worldwide via PPL and DHL. A tracking number is shared after dispatch; for issues in transit, contact the courier directly with your tracking number.
Delivery times — Shipping is calculated at checkout. We can't guarantee precise delivery times and aren't liable for courier/customs delays. A trackable option is recommended.
Taxes & duties — Customers are responsible for taxes/duties; quoted shipping excludes import taxes. 🌍 For orders outside Europe, email for a personalized quote.
