We taste widely and list only the green coffee we would happily roast ourselves. Every lot here has been cupped in our lab and chosen for clarity, sweetness, and a real sense of its place. We buy in small amounts, straight from producers and importers we trust, and rotate the offering as each harvest lands. If a coffee is on this page it is in our warehouse now and ready to sample.
