Every lot here is one I chose myself, by taste, for Mazelab. They are the same coffees we roast and pour in our own shops, picked simply because I could not put the cup down. I always end up buying more than we can get through, and I would rather that extra go to someone who will roast it with care than sit in a warehouse. So this is not a wholesale list. It is just the coffee I love, shared with people who want to roast it themselves. Write to me and I will tell you how each one is drinking right now and send a sample.
