Bursa sits in Arbegona, one of the highest and coldest districts in Sidama, where cherries ripen slowly and cup sweet and bright. The Dawencho drying station here was built by Mulugeta Muntasha as coffee first took root in the village, and within a year of opening it placed second in the Cup of Excellence.
