Cancellation policy

This policy covers orders placed using a purchase option such as a pre-order or subscription.

Pre-orders — Pre-order items are charged at checkout and ship on or around the date stated on the product page. You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before it has been dispatched — just email hi@mazelab.coffee with your name and order number. Once a pre-order has been roasted and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.

Subscriptions — You can manage or cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by emailing hi@mazelab.coffee. Cancellations take effect from the next billing/roasting cycle; orders that have already been roasted, billed, or dispatched cannot be cancelled or refunded. There are no cancellation fees.

Refunds — Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 30 days. As coffee is freshly roasted and perishable, dispatched coffee is non-returnable; see our Refund Policy for full details.
